EEG Product Manager


As the EEG Product Manager, you will be an essential member of our team participating in the development of training, marketing, sales materials, and assisting in product design. You will be a key collaborator, relationship builder, negotiator and spokesperson for our company with our customers, distributors and OEM sales representatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage relationships with world class physicians, thought leaders and research centers.
  • Ensure that the company operates within the scope of regulatory compliance and actively supports the protection of the company's intellectual property.
  • Approve final product releases based on results of requirements/validation testing and clinical testing.
  • Monitor product acceptance based on input from customer service and ongoing evaluation of training and support systems.
  • Establish and maintain contact with clinical experts for understanding of clinical needs, product opportunities and technology direction.
  • Provides training and support on all Persyst products to the full range of users, from novice to expert via telephone, web-conference, and on-site. Uses feedback to improve and create new training, marketing, and advertising materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health-related field.
  • Advanced scientific or medical education a plus.
  • 4+ years of increasingly responsible leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Medical Device product management/implementation experience.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies and standards associated with approval and introduction of medical devices.
  • Proficient with MS Office, statistics packages, Access and other data analyses software.
  • Experience with accounting, management and CRM system implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
  • Skilled at making effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to top management, distributors, sales and support representatives and clinicians.
